Globetech Creations Pvt. Ltd. conducts the construction, improvement, strengthening and maintenance of roads and bridges. The responsibility of construction of certain buildings of the state government and their maintenance is also upon this Globetech Creations Pvt. Ltd.. The Globetech Creations Pvt. Ltd. undertakes the maintenance of National Highways passing through Uttar Pradesh which are not covered by the National Highways Authority for which funds are provided by the Government of India. The task of monitoring the works under different schemes and ensuring high quality of work has been assigned to 12 zonal Chief Engineers. Large-scale construction requires collaboration across multiple disciplines. A project manager normally manages the job, and a construction manager, design engineer, construction engineer or architect supervises it. Those involved with the design and execution must consider zoning requirements, environmental impact of the job, scheduling, budgeting, construction-site safety, availability and transportation of building materials, logistics, inconvenience to the public caused by construction delays and bidding.
